Scombroclupea
This is another bony fish I know nothing about.
Scombroclupea: Leb-054
A very nice split pair specimen. One side is better preserved then the other, as
often is the case with Lebanese fossils. The body, skull, tail, fins, and
vertebrae are all very well preserved.

Another very nice specimen of Scrombroclupea with something interesting in the
stomach area. There seems to be a second string of vertebrae there, possibly
another fish being digested, or it's an overlay, but it's right in the stomach
region. Great skull and body.

Nice piece with some interesting skin color preservation. Possibly some pattern
preservation as well.
