Enchelion (eels)
The Lebanese material yields many very interesting complete eels. I haven't
had these sorted by species, but rather grouped them all into Enchelion. Many of
them have interesting bodies and skulls.

A very robust and detailed specimen. This piece is several times larger than the
normal eels you see from Lebanon. The preservation is great, with a detailed
skull, nice vertebrae columns, ribs throughout, even fin spinal fin details and
the tail!
Measures: 17 cm along the curve or 15 cm point to point.
