About Devonian Depot
Who is this phantom collector you wonder? Well please allow me to introduce
myself, I'm a graduate of geosciences from Princeton university and I've been a
collector of fossils and minerals since I was a kid. My study specialty
is mass extinctions.
I tend to focus on specific fossils as they happen along. For
example; my senior thesis was on Moroccan Devonian environments, and so I
suddenly have a massive Moroccan Devonian Trilobite collection. Or another time
I interned in Colorado, and eventually ended up with a collection of Colorado
minerals and fossils.
Anyway, fossil and mineral collecting is my hobby, and this site is here to
share some of the more interesting pieces with people who are interested in
seeing them.
Oh, and if you're a museum and you'd like to burrow one of my pieces, just drop
me an email, I love making loans for displays.
Or if you'd like something for yourself, check out my store, once I set it up.
