Diptera: true flies

I haven't seen too many specimens of Diptera in my rummaging through various Crato / Santana fossil bins. Not quite sure why. Probably just a disparity amongst the locals, not collecting anything that's not monetarily valuable.

Here's the one diptera I've come across. Perhaps most are just too small for good preservation.
